As a Personal Trainer who has been actively coaching since 2010, I am able to work with all ages; however my main clientele currently ranges between 30-70 yrs or age.
Clients who work with me can expect to focus on body awareness, technique, mobility, strength, and fitness. Whether using bodyweight, TRX, kettlebells, dumbbells, and/or barbells, my goal is for my clients to feel capable, knowledgeable, fit, and strong.
